It is our great pleasure and honor, on behalf of the Congress Organizing Committee, to invite you to the 9th International Congress of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Disorders. The Congress is named after our founder Prof. Dr. Hıfzı Özcan and celebrates the 50th anniversary of Prof. Özcan's founding the Spastic Children's Society in 1972 with volunteers and families to provide multi-dimensional support to children with Cerebral Palsy.

The main theme of the Congress is 'From Infancy to Adulthood: Cerebral Palsy' and will take place face to face on February 24-26, 2023 at Sabancı Center in 4. Levent, Istanbul Turkey. Due to pandemic precautions we held our 8th Congress digitally in February 2021. We plan to hold this congress face-to-face, with your participation and valuable contributions, in lively, productive and enjoyable communication, interaction and sharing.

In addition to the sections containing comprehensive and up-to-date information about Cerebral Palsy and developmental disorders, we included panels on child neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry-psychology, normal language development and language delay, special education, audiology, and conferences that will attract your interest. In addition, seminars for families who do their best for their children will be held simultaneously on the first day, and courses for specialists will be held at Metin Sabancı Center on Sunday.

We will be delighted if you scholars, doctors and specialists from different branches and family members of children with CP will join us in celebrating the 50th anniversary of our Foundation, listening to competent scholars and experts during this festival of science which will be enriched with your contributions.
